Kathleen, We've been bragging about you again! My parents and Maya's aunt and uncle are very impressed that you were able to keep Griffin happy. He cries when most people look after him. I can't believe you had to babysit during our closing! I think that makes you Aunt Kathy. And the gift certificate is a very generous welcome. We plan on a toast that involves your name. Not to over thank you but you got us the exact price we could afford for the very house that we wanted. If they had gone up we would have been out of the running. I don't know how you did it but now we own a home. I was just looking back in my emails and we have been banging on your desk since January 2009! I remember when we both walked into your office for the first time nervous as hell! Buying a house seemed way beyond our means. It was beyond our means at that time but you coached us and a little more than a year later we have a new roof that we own! What a great year - first a baby then a house. And hopefully a new friend in the process. We don't want to over extend our welcome in your life but we do hope to be seeing more of you. And of course we have to thank Scarlet.
